Supporting the Inner Wheel

On Friday 14 April, 21 members of the Chorus, led by our Chorus Director Rosalind Johnson, travelled up to Auchterarder in Perthshire to perform for the Inner Wheel’s Charity Event in aid of Stroke Clubs and Jessie’s Fund.

160 members and friends of the Inner Wheel were entertained by songs ranging from “When I’m Sixty Four” to “Seven Bridges Road”, including the Proclaimers’ “500 miles” and the Chorus’s Scottish Anthem “My Homeland”, both of which will feature in our forthcoming Edinburgh Fringe Show in August entitled “Distilled In Scotland – 100% Harmony”

Organiser Evelyn Gilmour praised the group saying, “Thank you very much for coming and entertaining us so well with your beautiful harmonies. Everyone was praising your performance, so hopefully they will spread the word about your Fringe appearance”.
